Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital product
AIShopStaff is a digital SaaS service. No physical goods are delivered. Access to the Service begins immediately upon subscription — you expressly acknowledge this when creating your account.
2. EU right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available before the withdrawal period expires, where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. By registering and starting to use the Service, you provide that consent. This does not affect your rights under section 3 below.
3. 14-day goodwill refund
As a goodwill gesture, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid payment if:
- you have used fewer than 10 generations since subscribing, and
- you contact us at support@aishopstaff.com with your account email and reason.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The goodwill refund applies once per customer.
4. No refunds for used plans
If you have used the Service beyond the threshold in section 3, no refund is issued. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan has been materially used, regardless of whether you used all available generations.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Billing → Manage subscription. Upon cancellation:
- your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period;
- no further charges are made;
- no partial refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period.
6. Add-ons
Add-ons (extra shops, extra users) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. The same no-refund policy applies — cancellation takes effect from the next billing date.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us at support@aishopstaff.com. We resolve the vast majority of billing issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
