Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering an account or using any part of the AIShopStaff service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of AIShopStaff ("we", "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of service

AIShopStaff provides AI-assisted content generation tools for e-commerce store owners. The Service uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate product descriptions, social media posts, review replies, store page texts, and email copy based on information provided by the User.

3. AI-generated content — quality and responsibility

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All content is generated by an AI system and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or statements that are factually incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context.
• Generated content may not be unique. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users who provide similar inputs.
• It is your sole responsibility to review, edit, fact-check, and approve all generated content before publishing it anywhere.
• Publishing AI-generated content without review is done entirely at your own risk.
• The Service does not guarantee that generated content complies with applicable advertising standards, consumer protection law, intellectual property law, or any other regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with all applicable laws and platform rules.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time;
• results obtained from the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose;
• the Service will meet your business requirements or produce the outcomes you expect.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities;
• reputational harm arising from published AI-generated content;
• customer complaints, fines, or legal claims resulting from content published by you;
• data loss or service interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. User obligations

You agree that you will:

• provide accurate information in your shop profile and inputs;
• use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service;
• not use generated content to deceive consumers or make false claims about products;
• comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws when processing customer data.

7. One account, one domain

Each account is associated with one verified store domain. Domain transfers are subject to a one-time fee of €49. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where domain verification is fraudulent or bypassed.

8. Billing and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Generation counters reset at the start of each billing period — unused generations do not carry over to the next period. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Free plan is provided without charge and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@aishopstaff.com.

10. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the input data you provide. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use, publish, and modify the generated content for your business purposes. We do not claim ownership of content generated on your behalf.

The AIShopStaff platform, code, design, and branding remain our exclusive property.

11. Privacy

Your shop profile data and generation inputs are stored to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Inputs are transmitted to the Anthropic Claude API for processing; Anthropic's own data processing terms apply to that transmission. 12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
